Start with the class, then the details

These guides explain the decisions shared across builds. For a named starting set, a priority rotation and class-specific alternatives, open a class build guide.

Which guide should you read first?

Where should I start if I have not chosen a class?

Start with the class-selection guide to compare responsibility, range and combat rhythm. Then open the named class loadout. The Stigma and gear guides explain shared conditions, but they do not replace a class-specific rotation or establish a universally strongest class.

Do these guides provide universal stat caps or best-in-slot lists?

No. They explain how to check useful skill ranks, resource sustain, item pools and encounter needs. Numeric reference-client unlocks are labeled with their scope. Current regional tooltips and official notices should take precedence when they conflict with an older example.

Reference scope

NC's official introduction provides the class context; check regional update notices for current changes. Each detailed guide links the secondary sources supporting its examples. The guides separate editorial decisions from reference-client facts and unverified numeric claims.
